Worked in conjunction with Senior planners on a number of governmental and commercial office projects as well as boat fit-out project. Worked with Laing O'Rourke on Queensland State Archives project used as basis for Australian Government guidelines for BIM and 4D Planning.
Assisted the senior planner in expanded cladding and external works programmes for 3 simultaneous office build projects (each of differing design).
Two High Rise projects with varying roles from Pre-construction planning of the project aligned to cash-flow forecasts as well as daily site planning and monitoring of progress to achieve escalated delivery dates. Fit-out programme extended to nearly 100000 tasks managed using an online monitoring system with hand held devices.
Working with site planning team to produce master schedule for review milestone dates and work through detailed erection sequence for the roofing and cladding of the complex enclosed structure.
Produced bid plan and model in conjunction with M&R project members. Created initial pre-construction model for initial planning review from bid model and then assisted the lead planner in producing expanded levels of programme for use in the daily work schedules. Reworked durations and logic, running scenarios and monitoring progress including progress reporting and client coordination.

The design-build contract for Doha West is worth USD 180 million and the plant operation contract totals USD 80 million, for a total amount of USD 260 million, awarded by the Public Works Authority in 2006.This is a 135,000 m3/day wastewater facility, the first in the Middle East to use tertiary treatment with ultra filtration membranes. All the treated water will be used for farm irrigation after the commissioning late 2008.
