Plan and Schedule Project activities Progress using Primavera Project Planner

Preparation of Base line Project Schedule and Budget Loading

Preparing Cost curve based on Cash flow

Allocation of Man power for getting optimal result

Designing of WBS and assigning of activity codes for activities

Preparation of monthly progress reports, look‐ahead programs, bar charts, S‐curve etc.

Dealing with the schemes from inception to completion on the domestic scale. 

• Managing the site production team, suppliers and subcontractors to construct the works safely, efficiently, to programme and within budget.
• Developing a programme of work.
• Supervising the preparation of the building site and then the building work
• Ensuring the site complies with health and safety guidelines.
• Reporting on progress to the client.
• Ensuring that suppliers/ subcontractors’ works are coordinated.
• Works are in accordance with the drawings and specifications without defects.

• Haymarket Redevelopment, Newcastle upon Tyne for Nexus (To Planning Stage Only)
• New Office Development, South Shields for Price Waterhouse Coopers, £10 million
• Phased reorganisation of manufacturing facilities for Sanofi, £5million 

Schemes Include;

• Swan House Refurbishment, Newcastle upon Tyne for Crown Dilmun, £12 million
• Citygate, Newcastle upon Tyne for Hanro Developments, £11 million
• West Denton Indoor Bowls Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, £2 million 

Schemes Include;

• 73 New timber frame homes at  the Cresswell Maternity Hospital site, Dumfries £4.8 million (Tendered Contract)
• New timber frame homes at West Windygoul, Tranent £3.5million (Partnered Contract)
• 20 New MMC homes at Derwent Terrace, Spennymoor £1.25million(Tendered Contract)
• 7 New stone build houses in the conservation area of Wear Valley £650,000 (Tendered Contract)

My main duties included.

• To achieve the target contributions by managing contracts in accordance with the contract documents and programme, to the full satisfaction of the Client and his/her representatives.
• Managing the negotiation and development of new schemes
• Producing clear and logical plans
• Establishing, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships
• Developing sub contract relationships
• Produce programmes when required.
