• To achieve the target contributions by managing contracts in accordance with the contract documents and programme, to the full satisfaction of the Client and his/her representatives.
• Managing the negotiation and development of new schemes
• Producing clear and logical plans
• Establishing, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships
• Developing sub contract relationships
• Produce programmes when required.
