Responsible for the delegation and supervision of formworks and responsibilities while promoting a safe working environment through the correct implementation of the Health & Safety Management System.

Reporting to the Executive Manager and coordinating with the Head of the Design and Construction Division of the company. I was responsible for:

 Project Manager / Ran the project valued $4m which was the demolition and construction of a multistory police station.  No planner was allocated to the project so I did that work as well.

Worked with my siye supervsor and Quatity Survayor to complete the project on time and on budget.

• Responsible for creating the schedules for all major works (construction and repair of all type of flowlines, storage tanks, DCS upgrade works, etc) in Rumaila Oil Field Rehabilitation and Expansion Project.
• Responsible for updating the schedule according to the progress and preparing progress reports for Tekfen Construction and Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO) project management teams on weekly basis.
• Responsible for tracking the progress and making necessary warnings to prevent any delays which might affect oil production rates.

Construction of a new road tunnel under the River Tyne and refurbishment of the existing tunnel (in 9 months)

Scheduler/EDP Administrator :Scheduling & Monitoring the progress of different sites, assist the Estimator for preparing the Tender Documents, preparing invoice for the client and internal progress in Primavera, submit the progress report to Commercial Manager, administrating the flow of data’s, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, evaluating & implementing software packages

Planning Engineer :One of the key planners of the Project Control Team and responsible for Planning and Scheduling for the Ethylene Glycol Plant construction project being executed for EQUATE at Al Shuaiba, Kuwait.

Planning Engineer :Doing Labour Costing for this project. Analyzing the effect of Labour Cost with the forecast and actual and reporting it to the project director weekly along with different histograms of manpower, steel and concrete. Updating a database prepared myself using MS Access to control the delivery of Concrete, Reinforcement and Precast. Using this report to compare the original invoice submitting from the sub-contractor for the preparation of Monthly Invoice.
