Planning Engineer :Assist Chiyoda-Yokohama Project Control Team for finalizing Level III schedule for the submission to the client. At site, combined the Sub-Contractor’s schedule to prepare Level IV working schedule. Responsible for preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports. Monitoring productivity, slippage of activities and reporting to the Controls Manager.
Compile sub-contractor’s data and prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports (Progress, Manpower and Equipment). Take the physical progress and compare with the sub-contractor’s reports. Update progress in P3 (Level III & Level IV). Prepare 3 Month, 3 Weeks Look-Ahead Schedules and monitor the productivity. Take progress photos and prepare the reports in PDF format (Acrobat).
Schedule Controller :Prepare schedule for new projects in Northern Iraq and implementing it. Responsible for preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports, take physical progress and update the P3 schedule, based on the progress prepare invoice sheet for the client and subcontractor, monitor productivity, EVMS, CPA, EVA, slippage of activities and reporting to the Project Manager. Prepare proposal schedules for the upcoming projects.Provide adequate training to nationals in Project Controls.

Schedule Controller :Prepares and manages overall master project schedule integrating the project Work Breakdown Structure. Coordinates schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule. Monitors and forecasts progress of activities in contractors’ work schedules. Highlight problem areas and recommend remedial actions.
Project Controls Manager :Mobilized to Afghanistan as Field Project Controls Manager for scheduling, cost engineering, and estimating functions for $266M USAID Kandahar Helmand Power Program. Projects include transmissions lines, distribution systems, substations, new power generation facilities (diesel generators), and hydropower turbine installation.
1. Utilizing special planning computer software (Primavera Project Planner & Enterprise).
2. Prepares baseline program and schedule based on the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations of the project.
3. Monitor and prepare different progress and forecast reports as needed by the management and/or client/consultants. (E.g. Look Ahead Schedule, Recovery Program)
