Programme Management Office (PMO) Contract senior project controller for the World Class Asset Management (WCAM) programme at United Utilities in Warrington. Responsibilities including the development of an integrated programme schedule to enable the successful delivery of nine work streams to the key dates set by OFWAT as part of the price review for 2009. Utilising Prince2 planning methodologies to manage risk and change control processes within the PMO, assessing impact on schedule and reporting back to project managers.

   I am a site engineer in a construction company in lagos.i  take note of day to day activities in the site , i ensure precision in the implementation of design during construction and report the happenings inthe site to project engineer.

Liase closely with Senior Cost Engineer in the incorporation, on an on-going basis, of all ECN's/RFV's into the integrated Planning and Cost Control System. Supervise the planning for the closeout of Detail Engineering and Design for both Ninian Central & Southern Platforms. Liase fully with Procurement and Construction to ensure detail design plans met with Procurement/On-shore Fabrication/Construction deadlines.
