• Structural design and Engineering drawings (SAP2000 & AutoCAD)
• Quantity surveying, Bid study and cost analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in preparing and updating the Overall Schedule of the project using PRIMAVERA project planner Software.
• Preparation of Operating Schedules.
• Analyzing items costs to prepare Claims, and preparing the Revised Bill of Quantities BOQ.

Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of project schedules for the Linespeed Enhancements, FTN, Civils, Plant & Machinery and Structures disciplines of the multi-million pound WCML contract. This involved long term planning of the works, identification of Key Milestones from Concept to Handback, activity logic and durations as well as the day to day management of the project schedules. Attendance at Progress Meetings with contractors and analysis of their programmes to capture progress and forecast.

Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of cost loaded project schedules in the Estates portfolio, for current and future years. Identification of and reporting Key Milestones for the whole project life cycle as well capturing progress and forecast of Contractors schedules.  Updating of cost and progress of schedules on a periodic basis.

Planning of a new Waste Water Treatment Works and 4 Pumping Stations in Stranaer. Responsibilities includes monthly physical update of projects in P6, producing a monthly dashboard report, monthly reporting to the Client and Senior Management. Managing Cost of project through P6.

¤  Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & updating on Primavera P6/MSP by making L2 and L3 Schedules for all phases covering in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).

¤  Management Information System(MIS) prepared (Frequency - Monthly):
