Good break in early '80s with Engineering Equipment, Inc. (my first employer) intensively developed and enhanced my fundamentals in project management―I was given the charge of project coordination and marketing works for the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) Project in the Philippines where I did quite well. It was the biggest project in the country during the time and the experience gave me good exposure to large scale industrial project management environs. I took the moment and generated for EEI record breaking performance and revenues back then.

• Project Planner, thermo-solar power plant (Spain): Solaben Logrosán 1, 2, 3 y 6. (May 2011 till now): Supervise and provide technical direction for planning/scheduling activities of contractors, review, and analysis of the schedule and status of contractors during all phases of the project, including the analysis of any schedule deviations and corrective actions. Managing Logistic, Engineering, purshase, construction work and commissioning on site plan.

PRESENT JOB (country- Saudi Arabia) :

• Working as a Planning Engineer  for Saudi Oger Ltd.  for the construction of “Al-Samriyah Farm” at Aamriyah, Riyadh from Oct.2010 till date.

•  Worked with Planning Team in Head Office Riyadh for various projects “Bidding Proposal” from Jan 2010 to Sep. 2010.

I am Sadeq Al-Baadani, a Civil Engineer Graduated from Sana’a University, Faculty of Engineering and presently working as a Planning Engineer for Tanmia for Oil & Construction Limited, an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company which has various projects in Yemen, working for TOTAL E&P Kharir Project, Yemen Gas Company and YLNG Balhaf Project in Yemen.

As a Civil Engineer, I can work for all Civil Engineering’s Programs & Ms.
