Responsibilities:

I am a project planner on various civil and building projects. I work as a freelance consultant for a number of major Civil  contractors primarily in Melbourne, Australia, though have also worked across Australia, New Zealand and India.

My skills include planning complex projects and assessing EOT claims/disputes. 

My chief objective is to work closely with the delivery team and ensure that the program is relevant and understood.

In-charge of the project management group handled the construction of Housing Complex worth Rs. 34 Crores for AIR INDIA at Nerul, New Bombay, India., from October 1993 to May 1994.

In-charge of the Project Management Group handled the Construction of New Terminal building & allied works worth Rs. 22 Crores for National Airports Authority, at Bhubaneswar, Orrisa, INDIA

 Estimation, Planning & Co-ordination work at Zonal Office Bangalore, India, from 1987 to 1991.
