Responsibilities:
- Creating Preliminary Schedules for Design and Construction Phase.
- Forming a complete cost estimate.
- Follow up & control the project cost & update schedule.
- Reviewing & answering correspondences concerning the project with the clients, contractors, consultants & internally with other departments.
- Having direct contact with clients before, during and after the project duration.
- Preparing comparison sheets for suppliers & contractors.
- Led the Technical Team in formulating the standard PMO filing system (forms & standards) in all PM Fields of knowledge.
