Planning Enginner for the UBIT EXPANSION PROJECT (2 years) : full planning set-up and following, monthly report, leader of the consortium of 2 members, coordination of the 4 mains contractor for planning purposes. Project is 200 MUSD, part of BOUYGUES OFFSHORE is 120 MUSD.

- ALSTOM TRANSPORT: Circle Line Project (automatic transportation system line for Singapore - 1 billion euros of budget) Planning Manager. Position of leader of the consortium (6 members).

- CREDIT DU NORD (CIC group): Assistance to specification for ARTEMIS global project management software implementation.

- SNCF (French Railway) : Assistance to the project manager of "PAI MEULUN" (replacement of a signaling sector management system by a computerized one).

Planning & Reporting Chief: 

• Creating work programme working with related disciplines (electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, exc.) in Asta Powerproject.
• Making manpower analysis and preparing S curve, then making performance analysis.
• Preparing monthly progress report.

·         5 years of work experience using Oracle Primavera Project Management.

·         2 years of work experience as Primavera P6 Planner in international general construction company LTD “Gerc”.

·         1 years of work experience as Project Manager in international general construction company LTD “Gerc”.

- ALSTOM TRANSPORT SYSTEM : Set-up of the engineering modification management system for the project Lausanne M2. This system is used by both Electro-mechanical and Civil engineering.

- TOTAL EP SYRIA : During SAP implemantation in the subsidiary, help and replace cost contrôler of the production departement (90% of the budget).

- DCN (French national ship and submarine construction) Public Contract :

Set-up and following of a global resource management system in order to achieve the 6-month resource plan for the 3 departments.

- RFF: Assistance to project management for the writing and finalization of the contract between RFF and SNCF to manage the DCF: SNCF direction responsible of the train routing on French national railway
