Role: Project Management Officer

Duties: Planning, Cost Control, Development of Project KPI and Visual Management Tools

Support the implementation of project schedule management programmes thatprovide an accurate reflection of project performance at a project and programmelevel.Manage and coordinate planning interfaces (Internal & External) and sources ofplanning information.• Provide a planning & scheduling focal point for project and delivery managers andsupervisors.• Ensure project plans and schedules are delivered on time and within the guidelines ofthe project controls processes and procedures.

Contract Civil Inspector, Primavera Scheduling

§  Contract civil inspection for SJRA online WW treatment plant expansion tripling capacity

§  Primavera CPM scheduling for Houston PW&E for 5 ‘difficult’ projects

§  ‘Get Vic over there’ contract inspection at problem projects for Houston PW&E

Employed to develop & monitor the resource loaded schedule for the 7 phases of the project, total value £75M. I undertook the role in parallel with the AXIOM role. Prior to this I led the bid (cost & schedule) for the ITER Detritiation project (€6.5M).

Employed initially to put together a detailed schedule for the entire portfolio from design (2011) through to construction / commissioning & then retrievals (around 2018).

• Obtained Approval on Master Programme (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) with Planning Narrative Statement in the first submission.
• Obtained Notice of No Objection(NONO) from General Consultants EMBYE on critical construction drawings to create work front for casting of wider segments, Elevated Station and Cut and Cover Tunnel structural Works
• Establishment of Interface Management Plan and Traffic Management Plan
• Procurement of Subcontracts for Launching Girders, Normal Segments, Wider Segment Moulds, Tunnel Ventilation System Design
• Successfully Coordinated with Struct

Project Controls Manager for an EPCM System Integration (Extreme Low Voltage) of SCADA, PAGA, IT/Telecom and Entertainment systems for the ZADCO's Upper Zakum field developing on the four artificial islands in Abu Dhabi plan, the project having a current value of $ 36 million.
In charge of overall Project Controls, including cost estimation for the contract addendum with the result of increasing the project cost from 10M, schedule developing, progress reporting, forecasting, budget review, cash flow development, profit/loss analysis, change management and document controls processes.

• Manage TAR Planners and Planning Coordinators to drive consistency and adherence to BP Guidelines in planning and planning processes.
• Leading TAR SAP implementation, training refinery personnel ongoing.
• Created, Revised and Standardized documents for TAR Planning and Scheduling
  • TAR Scope Development and Optimization Guideline, Work package creation guidelines, file storage guidelines, standardized field planning forms, Scheduling Guideline, EWO procedures and forms.
• Schedule the Contract Planners and Contract Schedulers and provide oversight.
