• Analyze the scope of work of the projects and prepare the estimates accordingly for issuance of Purchase requisitions. 
• Prepare and finalize cost control reports for the respective project for management review.
• Prepare Cost and Revenue accrual reports for the assigned projects.
• Prepare project status reports quarterly for submission to corporate.
• Analyze Change order requests from Client and prepare summaries related to additional works.
• Monitor and control project total expenditure including verifying of invoices and claims from suppliers,

I lead a team of 5 cost controllers managing all cost control aspects of a young and fast-growing regional E&P company.  We currently run 5 drilling & workover rigs and produce over 40,000 bopd.

Elaboration of proposals for EPC projects (2 years), planning management of earth works to extend a refinery (1.5 year) and of EPC contract to construction of gas compression plants (2.5 years). Change and delay management through contract amendments related to cost and schedule revisions.

A. Review & Prepare Cost Estimates of assigned project.

B. Prepares Weekly Cost Monitoring

C. Reviews Billings of Sub-contractors

D. Monitoring of Project Accomplishment

Conducted financial and benchmark analysis to support clients’       senior leadership with developing the business segment’s long range financial plan of more than $2B.
