(Fresno, CA)– This schedule was used as the pilot project for the company-wide Primavera P6 migration conducted for Turner Construction-Sacramento. OnTrack consolidated and standardized all construction schedules into one enterprise management structure based on using the Children’s Hospital schedule as a template for all other Turner schedules.
A $200+ million project which is a component of Sutter Sacramento’s $500 million Master Plan Project. The schedule featured an emphasis on LEAN scheduling techniques utilizing the Last Planner System.
An $80 million medical facility project. OnTrack created the initial baseline schedule based on architectural drawings. Then we worked with the Owner, Subcontractors and General Contractor using Reverse Phase Scheduling to achieve a consensus on milestone end dates.
A $400+ million hospital expansion in Sacramento, this project required detailed, in-depth weekly evaluations. Working for the construction manager Jacobs Engineering, OnTrack Scheduling provided detailed analysis of the project schedule developed by Swinerton Builders.
Used high level detailed analysis to provide augmentation to existing Turner Project Management Team on this $200 million project.
OnTrack’s first collaboration with the San Jose business unit of Turner Construction. This $600 million project includes developing the baseline schedule through the commissioning process, including 4D modeling.
Over an 8 year period, OnTrack implemented P6 as a standard tool to help schedule all projects big and small. We assisted on multiple Turnarounds and Capital Improvement projects. We created procedures manuals and training curriculum for all area schedulers.
In my role as Director of Scheduling at Quandel Enterprises, Inc. I am responsible for approximately 35 project schedules. Their locations range between 3 and 500 miles from where I am located in our main office. I am hands on with some projects and supervise 2 schedulers for others. All of the schedules are developed using the Critical Path Method. Primavera is our scheduling software of choice. For GC and CM at Risk jobs, I will work with the project team to develop the approved baseline schedule.
A $190 million Platinum LEED rated Central Plant for the State of California. We created the baseline schedule from design to commissioning, including cost loading and resource loading.
