Project Planner:

Accountable to the Prject Manager for service and to the Head of Profession for standards;

Assist Project Managers in conducting interactive planning sessions, capturing output to form the basis of project plans

Produce level 3 and 4 schedule for Project Managers

Maintain integrity of schedules through compliance and procedures, e.g change control

Maintain alignment of schedules in the schedule hierarchy to ensure absolute linkage

 look ahead schedule, estimate / incorporate changes in scope of work during the course of project; analysed critical path and prepared mitigation plans for delayed works of quantified the delays;

reported earned value, SPI, CPI, labour, equipment and KPI progress curves and forecast / projections; performed forensic schedule analysis, quantified delays, estimated the change impact on the schedule / cost and perform delay / time impact analysis;

Cost Processing, Setup budgets, reported cost and revenue, integradted scheudle and cost;

develop and integrate individual schedules for Heavy Civil, Pipeline, Industrial and Piling divisions; quantity take-off, performance measurement, change management and cost processing ;

look ahead schedule, estimate / incorporate changes in scope of work during the course of project; analysed critical path and prepared mitigation plans for delayed works of quantified the delays;

Hands on planning role in both UK and Canada in project and bid environments. Team management responsibility.
