Renovation, Modernization and Up-gradation (RMU) of Plant



Overview:

To enhance the production capacity RMU was made. Structural Buildings, Production machines, Rotary Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, Gas Generators and other utilities were added according to RMU plan.

Manzalai Field Development and Surface Facilities (MFDSF)

Overview:

Current Role

•     Construction works supervision at site.

•     Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for head office.

•     Material takeoff from the construction drawings for procurement.

•     Participate in quarterly meetings with assigned project consultants.

•     Monitoring and technical input during the physical work.

 

•     Prepare and maintain CPM resource loaded programs for all phases of the engineering, procurement and construction work.

•     Prepare the daily progress reports for head office & for the consultant.

•     Prepare daily / weekly and monthly progress reports.

•     Based on updated progress, update the Project Level – III plan & import into DPMS software.

- Involved directly in planning, execution, control and close-out of projects.

- Enlisting, pre-qualifying and tendering with various organizations including PEC, ADB, PWD and Army Housing Directorate.

- Construction supervision and handing over of projects.
