Job Responsibilities:

Current Role
• Development of detailed Baseline Construction Schedule, including Sub-Projects for shifting of existing services within the Site.
• Monitoring Progress & Updating Schedule.
• Implementation of Progress Monitoring System.
• Attending Progress Meetings and Tabulating Minutes of Meetings.
• Review of Contract Documents Vs Tender Documents
• Quantities Take-off and Verification of Measurement Book & Payment Certificates; submitted by the Contractor.
• Reviewing Contractor’s Programme of Works and Development of Alternative Schedule Proposals; performing What-If Analysis.
• Implementation of In-house Progress Monitoring / Project Controls System.
• Resource Management & Office Administration.
• Development of Baseline / Look Ahead / Accelerated / Recovery Schedules (up to required levels).
• Procurement and Resources Planning.
• Progress Monitoring & Updating Schedule AND Preparing/Updating Progress Curves & KPIs.
• Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
• Attending weekly/monthly progress meetings with Consultant / Client / Sub-Contractors.
• Establishing & maintaining congenial relationships with all the Stakeholders.
• Responsible for successful delivery of the Projects i.e. within Time & Budget.
• Control of Techno-commercial Aspects of the Projects and Value Engineering.
• Managing Submittals & Approvals and Correspondence at all levels.
• Analysing variance and reviewing trends / projections to identify potential delays.
