Manzalai Field Development and Surface Facilities (MFDSF)

Overview:
It is a mega project. A Gas Dehydration unit of 300 MMScfd capacity which costs of 120MMUSD located in Tal Block NWFP. Project was undertaken in EPCC scope of work. Project is about of 08 MMMH. Major systems and processes involved are Tie-ins of high pressure Gas Wells, Gathering stations and Valve Assemblies, TEG Dehydration units, HCDP units, Condensate stabilization and Sales Gas Compression. Utilities comprises of Condensate storage & Loading, Produced Water handling system, Inert Gas system, Heat medium oil heaters, Instrument air, Fuel gas system, Flare system, Fire and Raw water systems.
Standby Dehydration Unit (SDHU)
Client: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL)
Overview:
To increase the reliability of three existing DHU’s at Kandhkot Production Facility (Sind) this DDHU of 130 MMScfd (Costs of 6.7 MMUSD) is planned. Project scope of work is EPCC. Major systems were Gas Filtration, TEG Dehydration, Fuel Gas systems, Sales Gas coolers and Flue gas Incineration.
