The oil refinery built by VEGYÉPSZER as a subcontractor to TCO/CHEVRON, time-sheet based Train-5 project in Tengiz/Kazakhstan employing around 400 people; my duties included administering the project control of the economic management and supervising the timekeepers’ work, checking the time-sheet reports; planning and scheduling by P3; total control from the recording process to summarising the workhours for issuing monthly invoices

I was involved in a project of Tengizchevroil as a Planner/Scheduler (Chevron Corporation), namely the Crude Export Project; I worked together with the planning team of TCO as the leader of Contractor’s planning team; I coordinated scheduling of the civil, electrical and piping works; all schedules had to be made in P3 format; my part time duty was also to manage contract issues and develop and monitor the project controls; I also had knowledge of US construction industry techniques

I was actively contributed to the elaboration of tender quotation from the project starting and developed the WBS of schedule, the project controlling and reporting system based on S-Curve analysis by earned value, collecting and checking data on site for the continuous progress analysis and for maintaining the project schedule
