- Development of reports, monitoring progress against plan.

- Tracking the list of material delivery for shutdown activities in support of the planning activity (Bookies board).

- Prepare the 4 weeks look ahead integrated plan,3 days look ahead during shutdown

Project: OIL-GAS SEPARATION PLANT mainly consisting of: Manifold, Separator Vessel, Scrubber Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Oil Storage Tanks, Pipe Rack, Flare System, Transfer Pump Houses, Booster Pump House, Pig Launcher and Pig Receiver skids, Diesel Generator Sets and Diesel Storage tanks, Water Treatment Plant, Air Compressors, PLC, Fire Fighting facilities and Water Storage Tanks, etc.
Client: RWE-DEA (GERMANY).

Responsibilities:

Developing L4-5 Project Schedule, using PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER v 3.1.

Progress monitoring and measurement.
