Simplex Infrastructures Limited Senior Planner

     A residential - 18 Storey project worth Rs. 100 Crore at Gurgaon which comprises :

     9 Towers of 18 storey each, with Double basement & Two Pent Houses using Light weight aluminum shuttering (Mivan)

     Responsibilities performed :



•     Planning & Monitoring of whole Project, Preparing macro & micro level plans on Primavera P5.

•     Costing & analysis of Cost Vs Sales of the project during the month.

Degremont Senior Planner

     Currently working in various domestic & International Projects like Water Treatment Plant & Sewage Treatment Plant.

     Responsibilities performed :



•     Preparing resource loaded detailed schedules on Primavera P6. Generating “S curves” for monitoring physical progress.

•     Monitoring & updating actual progress and work load on daily basis and comparing with baseline.
