Responsibilities performed :
• Preparing resource loaded detailed schedules on Primavera P6. Generating “S curves” for monitoring physical progress.
• Monitoring & updating actual progress and work load on daily basis and comparing with baseline.
• Preparing Engineering Monitoring Reports, Delay Analysis & Critical path Analysis.
• Monitoring the Design & Engineering Resources Load on daily basis.
• International Site Experience :
• Prepare & Update Detailed Base Line Schedule in MSP-2007 as per FIDIC Contract for Kandy – Sri Lanka Project .
