A residential - 18 Storey project worth Rs. 100 Crore at Gurgaon which comprises :
9 Towers of 18 storey each, with Double basement & Two Pent Houses using Light weight aluminum shuttering (Mivan)
Responsibilities performed :
• Planning & Monitoring of whole Project, Preparing macro & micro level plans on Primavera P5.
• Costing & analysis of Cost Vs Sales of the project during the month.
• Day to Day tracking of progress, using MS Project /Primavera.
• Resource planning, Co-ordination with Client.
• Preparing MIS reports of overall project on monthly basis & sending to top management.
• Preparing Work Orders, Sub Contractor & Client Bills in ERP
• ISO implementation, Drawings & Document Control.
