Basic responsibilities includes erection, commissioning and troubleshooting of Company made machinery mainly for cement plant, Wagon Loader, Rotopacker, Long Belt conveyors, Truck Loader, Equipments for silo extraction system like air slides, manual gates, Flow control gates etc.
• Installed 2 nos. Wagon Loader in LAFARGE INDIA, JOJOBERA, JHARKHAND.
Supervising, Planning (include micro planning and bar chart preparation) and inspecting the fabrication and erections of various structures like, Kiln, Raw Mill, Cooler, Blending silo, L.S.Bunker, Cement mill, Coal Mill, Conveyors and Preheater tower. It included machinery placement and alignment using master level, dumpy level and piano wire under the tolerance of 1 mm.
