Supervising, Planning (include micro planning and bar chart preparation) and inspecting the fabrication and erections of various structures like, Kiln, Raw Mill, Cooler, Blending silo, L.S.Bunker, Cement mill, Coal Mill, Conveyors and Preheater tower. It included machinery placement and alignment using master level, dumpy level and piano wire under the tolerance of 1 mm.
Had been deputed to Walchandnagar Industries, Pune for 7 months for supervision, Inspection and timed dispatch of heavy machinery like Mills (3.8 M ), Grate coolers and Separators (Air Classifiers), kiln shells, Induced Draft Fans etc.
Billing and bill checking, layout and protocol preparation for alignment and clearances readings on ACAD etc.
Designing of Machine Parts and Structural members according to site requirement.
