Manpower Planning & Controlling, Supervision, Production Planning and Process Control.
Issuing of MIS, Visual Inspection for welding works, Allocation of Welders.
Job involves in Business Process Re-engineering for Data Collection (Work Study, Time Study and Case Study), Family Sorting, Ideal Process Routing, Productivity Improvements and Organization Structure.
Also Job involves in Business Process Re-engineering for Product Costing, Preparation of Activity plan bar charts, Man machine charts and Change over of study, etc.
Resource Planning including Raw Materials, Equipments & Consumables necessary for Fabrication Works.
Detailed study of drawings & preparation of Bill of materials as per Shop Floor Drawings, Material allocation.
Material take off, Material indent and specifications to Purchase/Materials section & Releasing Material Cutting plan and Material Master Control.
Sub Contractor / Vendor Selection and Vendor delivery follow-up.
Preparation of works schedules, manpower, equipment schedules & cash flow for manufacturing phase.
Appraising progress and the status of the job to the Manager and Co-Ordination with Central Planning Department.
Preparation of Billing and Interacting with clients for necessary Approvals and Payments.
