Scope: Construction of new road ( high Altitude road Appx. Height above sea Level = 3500 meters, one of the toughest terrains in india ) by way of earthwork excavation , Blasting , Construction of retaining walls ,breast walls , culverts etc.

Project Controls for Project management consultant at construction of the administrative building for a telecom company.

Planner in high rise residential township.

–     Planning and managing materials from the site yard to the Construction Site.

–     Preparing plans for daily activities; ensuring that the required manpower is being held by Sub Contractors to carry out the daily erection activities.

–     Undertaking daily review of progress with Site Engineers through meetings.

–     Conducting weekly review of progress; reviewing and planning site activities in consultation with the Planning Engineer & Project Manager.
