– Planning and managing materials from the site yard to the Construction Site.
– Preparing plans for daily activities; ensuring that the required manpower is being held by Sub Contractors to carry out the daily erection activities.
– Undertaking daily review of progress with Site Engineers through meetings.
– Conducting weekly review of progress; reviewing and planning site activities in consultation with the Planning Engineer & Project Manager.
– Developing & reviewing of short and long term plans to accomplish project targets with the Planning Engineer & Project Manager.
– Creating progress statements highlighting the critical areas, mile stone activities, etc.
– Preparing report on work front availability / material constraints on a regular basis and submitting it to the client.
– Monitoring of progress against target plan using Primavera 3.1.
