Previously a Small Business Manager and Graphic Designer, I was employed by Lean Field Developments (LFD) in May 2011 as a Labourer in the booming QLD CSG industry, specifically pipelines, as I was looking for a change from the office environment. After spending a couple of weeks getting ticketed for various skills, and less than a week practicing in the field, I was approached to assist in a Document Preparation and Control role, with the promise of returning to the field once necessary procedures were in place and a dedicated Document Controller was employed.
