JCA Project Planning are looking for an experienced planner/scheduler (not just someone who's had exposure to planning) to join our team based in West Perth.
We've been in the business of consulting planning/scheduling since 1980 and have an impressive client base specialising in the construction and mining sectors.
A minimum of three years full-time planning experience is essential to apply for this role as is the willingness to work on remote FIFO assignments. Some Perth based assignmetns may be available from time to time also.
The successful candidate will be fully proficient in both MS Project and Primavera P6 version 7 and above. Either a civil/mechanical/electrical or structural background would be an advantage though not essential.
You will be able to perform the following tasks as a minimum:
- Prepare detailed logic driven baseline schedules
- Prepare detailed resource loaded and driven baseline schedules
- Prepare progress reports supported by accurate S-Curves
- Acuratley status and reschedule schedules for progress
- Manage and report on delay events, assessing their effect on both logic driven or resource driven schedules
