At Lamasion Builders, I was a General Superintedent.  Troy Frick, knowing my experience, also wanted to setup, at the jobsite office, another Estimating/planning-Scheduling office.

Numerous commercial and institutional jobs were estimated, planned and scheduled.

General Superintendent, Estimator, Cost Analyst and Structural Designer. Also planning and scheduling; New Schools and Park Buildings.

Most memorable project: First Federal Bank, Hwy 14, Lake Charles, LA (25% profit project) under my supervision / management. 31 consecutive completed projects in 10 years consisting of hospitals, banks, and schools. 5 years of this work were behavioral hospitals located out of town.

Obtained a Mechanic Class and included work at the Entergy powerhouse repairing coal grinders.

Estimating Structural and Industrial Pipe Packages. Scheduling shop activities and delivery schedules.

Also perfoming Scheduling (as the only professional Planner/Scheduler with this company) for the Tank and Vessel department.
