Responsibilities:

1.    Manage tender process, prepare project controle  documents such as but not limited to project implementation plan , audit review, and liaising with the consultants during project stages.

Planning and Scheduling, Contract's Administration, Contractual Letters Drafting, Claim’s Preparation, Cost Control, Cost Estimation.

• Assists Project Management in all aspects of contract administration and Claims
• Advises on contract interpretation including analyzing client’s specifications and drawings
• Reviews advises and drafts letters on contractual correspondence
• Ensuring the proper preparation and documentation of all information recording events as background to future claims.
• Attends meeting with clients and participates in all contractual aspects of projects, including claims, final accounts, variations and contract interpretation.

• Develop and execute Construction Claims Service strategies, processes and procedures, as necessitated.
• Conducts necessary research and acquires supporting documentation to substantiate claims to clients or major subcontractors.
• Lead a team in the analysis or preparation of a complex construction claims, being responsible for the deliverable to the client, whether it be a report, presentation or expert testimony.
• Evaluate project schedules and records to determine cause, effect and liability for construction delays.
