Responsible for preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of

work in Primavera version P3.1 & P6.

 Developed the (MTS) level 4 integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) schedule based on

contract requirements in cooperation with the Managing Contractor on Primavera.

 Updated and reviewed the BSC (Balanced Score Card) for projects. Conducted several presentations for the

site team in order to highlight the importance of BSC.

Student of Delay Analysis generally practicing with hypothetical situations for learning purposes

Planner and Scheduler throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all information is documented in a timely and accurate manner , Project Management Office

Formulate and the ongoing updating of all project execution plans

Chair project planning review meetings

Assisting team with project workscope optimization and clash resolution as needed.

Reporting of project progress which includes earned value analysis, providing key performance indicator information.

Devise and update the logistics plan which includes vessel schedules and helicopter usage.
