Having moved from Engineering and the drawing office to Planning engineer for all major projects within the confines of the Dalry Site. Part of a team of planners involved in the expansion of the Vit C Fine powders & coatings development.

Manage Primavera5 programmes for various high profile sites, around the city, as part of Carillion Utility Services’ £40M contract on the Edinburgh Trams project.
Monitor and analyse sites’ Earned Value capturing issues which could impact on the programme. Assist in redirecting Operations efforts and focus on maintaining site productivity.
Identify future programme risks/opportunities, passing on salient points to Construction team and Project Director.
Provide support to claims process through "as-planned Vs as-built ", and "time slice" analysis.

Manage all P6 programmes for £57m contract on QEC project.
