Project Manager - Having an engineering background a qualified Prince Practitioner and APM I took the role of Project Manager within PB Ltd in order to expand my career oppertunitys and develop my Project Management skills as the project lead.
Working within the Railway Signalling Design and Civil Engineering sectors my skills were put to use of a wide range of FEED studies in order to develop the company within Scotland and win work through the various public sectors. I was involved in the STAG processes in great detail in order to qualify for tendering purposes. My role would allow me to present the company and what we had to ffer to local councils and tranbsport groups on the basis of winning contracts.
