Coordinated mobilisation and logistics of project sites, including £1M of company assets (25m workboats, barges, various heavy plant: 40t crane, excavators, pumps).
Liaised with clients on programme issues in the absence of Project Managers.
Worked with Technical Manager to ensure sites were operating effectively, prioritising both departments’ work efforts accordingly.
