Involvement from the early stage of the projects with designers and agreed the required feasibility study. Setting up and agreed the initial target cost. Prepare the master construction programme and the resources histograms. Prepare the health and safety plan, the method statement, the risk assessment, and then managing and supervising the site works. Monitor Progress, cost, quality and health and safety onsite.

Developed loads of experince thorugh the use of Asta Power Projects. Currently producing loads of programmes for tenders & well as live jobs, i.e. progressing etc etc.

I stated as a Quantity Surveying at a company in Cape Town, South Africa. I then moved into the site management sector & became Planner & ended up as a Contracts Manager. When i left South Africa, I joined an envelope company as a Project Planner.

Assist in converting plans from MSP 2007 and producing project plans in P6 ready for updating.
