Currently working as a project planner for a rolling stock (train) design and manufacturing company. Working upon some very large and complex projects delivering rolling stock and signalling systems to customers such as London Underground, Porterbrook, connex, etc Working within project management and design departments giving planning and project control support including: Detail planing Budget control Resource loading Earned value analysis Progress reporting Delay management
Project co-ordinator - working within the engineering department for the design and manufacturing of the Rail vehicle carbody. Duties include scheduling the workload, resource management, progress reporting, recovery programmes, communication of issues to project management. This role also involved some international travel to other sites.
Lead project planner reporting to the project control manager Bombardier Transportation within London Underground Projects Division. Rolling stock and signalling integrator. Role involved managing all programme matters for the Sub Surface line contract for the delivery of 1300 underground vehicles and the re signalling of the applicable lines of London Underground.

Manage programme for engineering team for the LERL project for new vehicles to operate from Stansted. This project was a significant amount of man hours and a two year duration from project start to first vehicle into service. This project was successfully delivered on time.
