They have an opportunity for a Planning Engineer to provide a quality planning and scheduling service to single or multiple projects.



Experience within the oil and gas industry is essential.



Requirements



Hold a recognised diploma or degree in an engineering discipline or be qualified by experience

Conversant in all aspects of planning and scheduling in Primavera products

Experience with the Oil, Gas or Nuclear industry sectors is essential.  

Broad understanding of the Industry Sector

Broad understanding of Risk Analysis Ability to advise clients on all aspects of the project status and forward plan

Ability to prepare and update fully resource loaded plans for project phases

Ability to prepare reports, including earned value analysis, trend analysis, float analysis and early warnings

Ability to prepare and manage regular planning and progress meetings including assigning actions and resolving issues

Effective and efficient administration of WBS activities and updates

Should be able to both accept and delegate responsibility

Rate / Salary        GBP Negotiable

Position:        Contract

Duration:        2-3 year contract

Working Days:    5 per week

Working Hours:    8 per day
