Planner, Permanent, Construction, Surrey or West Sussex or Kent, Asta Powerproject, Salary up to £50,000 + package
This role is to operate within a successful group construction planning division for a top 10 UK contractor. The role will focus on education, healthcare, commercial, leisure, retail and defence projects worth up to the value of £50 million. This position will have an 85% bias towards pre-construction tender planning. The current chosen planning tool for this group is Asta Powerproject though MSP is occasionally used.

The ideal candidate:
- MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE UK. CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT HOLD UK WORK PERMITS AND RESIDENCY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
- Relevant degree or qualification
- Minimum of 3 years direct planning engineering experience within a similar contractor role
- Must have worked on construction projects (schools, offices etc)
- Will be fully conversant with the use of Asta Powerproject software
- A full UK driving licence is an essential requirement for this position
- A mixture of tender and site/project planning experience
- Will be well spoken, personable and highly career motivated
