I was planner for the construction and fit out of Hoxton and Haggerston Stations in the North extension of London Overground network.

This included progressing the programmes, issuing early warnings and compensation events to the client and agreeing impact and managing the subcontractor programmes to meet our key dates.

Plan the Hook-up of Unionoil's Heather 'A' production platform in North Sea

Maintenance planning co-ordination for Ninian Field Central & Southern platforms.  Computerise the Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme and interface with the computerised Stock Control System.

Produced tender programmes and progressed construction progress on smaller value projects initially.

Following the win of a design and build contract for Sloane Square and Westbourne Park modernisation our team was relocated to Glasshouse to work closely with LUL on the design and implementation of these projects.

Took design from Riba D to completing Riba F (construction design sign off) before Metronet went bust and the projects were shelved.

Plan the fabrication of the Scapa Field Subsea Template being constructed at Lewis Offshore. Approve all logic network diagrams submitted by the contractor. Integrate contractor's progress into the overall plan for the Scapa Field Development.  

Develop the master and detailed programme for each of the 8 work packs associated with the Shell Expro North Cormorant - Tern & Eider Tie-ins Project.  

Review all statement of requirements and preliminary installation procedures for B P West Sole Modification Project, and develop the installation networks.

Review existing schedule for Amoco Arbroath Project - Montrose Alpha Modifications Phase I.  Assess progress and re-schedule where appropriate to minimise/recover any slippage 

WOrking on behalf of the client (London Underground) our team was managing the main contractor undertaking the upgrade of the existing ticket office and the construction and fit out of a new ticket hall and ticket office to serve the Distruct and Circle Line platforms.
I reviewed the main contractor programmes, for my sections, in P3 and then converting these into P6 and updating the programme given to LUL.
I was responsible for the extension of the existing ticket hall and the fit out of the new D&C line ticket hall and ticket offices.

Plan the detail design for the Mobil, 1989 Subsea Developments associated with the Beryl Field. Plan the conceptual and detail design for the B P Pipeline Safety Project covering all B P operated North Sea Platforms and Pipelines, plus all third party lines and platforms using B P facilities for transporting of oil and/or gas.
