Responsible for project document control, logging and maintaining electronic and hard copy documents to provide easy access to project staff and engineers

• Liaised with Project Managers and updated SAP with changes, providing checks to ensure cost allocations were correct and project remained profitable

• Prepared project plan with Project Manager based on client requirements

• Compiled quotations for customers in terms of service contracts, liaising with Procurement Department to incorporate supplier costs into the quotation
