Duties included maintenance of the sales/purchase ledgers, and book-keeping. 

Brae 'A' Development; Offshore hook-up and final project material reconciliation.

Following HSLS Ltd involvement and completion of the onshore fabrication phase of Brae 'A', I was recruited directly by Marathon Oil UK Ltd., (HSLS’s client) and relocated to their London head office to continue my involvement in the material control function.

Reporting to the Material Systems Co-ordinator, duties included final reconciliation of onshore fabrication materials, distribution of offshore hook-up materials, preparation of purchase requisitions and vendor analysis.

PA for two Project Directors, responsible for project accounting and book-keeping and reporting financial status to clients. 

Brae 'B' Development; Onshore Fabrication. 

Duties included data input, requesting and distribution of computer reports, liaison with Data Control and improving system functions. 

Systems operated include IBM Mainframe utilizing company developed software packages and Artemis software.

Duties included all data input and analysis of a structured planning/material control system including network input and file creation, database development,  progress data input and evaluation, creation of data output report, development of report and database specifications, co-ordination of data input personnel and liaising with fabrication sites.
