Senior Planner with Costain Integrated Services (formally Rhead Group), working with National Grid on one of their capital delivery projects being executed under NEC3 contract, reviewing programmes, generating reports and reporting to the Project Team and senior management.

The work involved sites visits, to review with the subcontractors, their programmes and progress.  Attending meetings to with various stakeholders to review, advise on progress. Provide risk information and idenify recovery options where applicable.

Senior Planning Consultant of the central PMO team. Validation of the sub-contractor monthly update (schedule, cost, resource, key milestone) to enable a timely update in the central PMO database. Primavera Technical Lead for the team, liaise with management stakeholders and also with contractors to ensure completion of monthly updates and any other ad hoc issues / requests.
