Project Planning which includes Primavera software: Establishing WBS, Prepare Lev 1,2,3 schedules, Resource Loading & Levelling. Monitor progress. Establish Security settings, Develop reports etc.
London Underground Station Stabilisation Programme - Lead Planner Stations
The remit of Stations Stabilisation Programme is to modernise 70 stations to make them safer and improve the customer experience. The actual works involve IT & Communications systems upgrades, improving energy efficiency and refurbishing the buildings while maintaining heritage features.
Supported the project, commercial and engineering teams in the construction of tender programmes, schedule analysis and schedule maintenance in Primavera P6v8 and Microsoft Project.
Applied the Critical Path Method (CPM) to the analysis of project schedules.
Utilised Primavera P6v8 to create and understand reports in order to update and assist the project management and project services teams.
Resource loaded programmes to enable the measurement of progress and Earned Value.
