The production of fully logic linked contract programmes from Tender thorough to Fully Detailed Critical Path Construction Programmes and Commissioning/Handover Programmes following the full life cycle of a project.
Preparation of weekly reports
Earned Value Analysis ( EVA / SPI and CPI) of all contracts.
Production of Productivity Reports
Labour Resource Histograms
Cash Flow Forecasts and Contractual Claim Compilation
Project management of several large luxury yacht construction and refit projects. Independent expert witness in yacht construction disputes and forensic delay analysis in High Court, arbitration and adjudication proceedings.
Management of the Planning function.
Assisting external agencies on project administration.
Assisting on critical delay and time disputes.
Acting as an Expert Witness (or providing practical and technical support to other Stapleton appointed Expert witness.)
