     This role was within the Shipyard Planning offices .

     In line with level 2 Microsoft Project plan installation requirements, place demand on to manufacturing facilities to produce pipe assemblies as required.

     Cherry pick required items from CAD system into Compass contract to create BoM

     MRP run places demand on suppliers

     Monitor level of availability of manufacture and installation fittings.

     Where necessary expedite shortfalls in fittings and or material from suppliers

     First Line contact to manage Baseline Change Proposals as identified by Project Team in B13 and progress as process requires.

      Make changes to Near Term Work Plan (NTWP) in P3e and MSP with regards to accepted BCPs with underpinning plans to deliver to schedule and cost.

      Support B13 Waste Management and Engineering Projects with regards to Risks and Trends. Maintain and update the B13 Early Warning Log

      Arrange and Facilitate Risk Identification / Update meetings
