This role was within the Shipyard Planning offices .
In line with level 2 Microsoft Project plan installation requirements, place demand on to manufacturing facilities to produce pipe assemblies as required.
Cherry pick required items from CAD system into Compass contract to create BoM
MRP run places demand on suppliers
Monitor level of availability of manufacture and installation fittings.
Where necessary expedite shortfalls in fittings and or material from suppliers
Attend weekly progress meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
Produce Earned Value Management Metrics to show performance to plan etc.,
Use of Microsoft Project to create Level 3 detail plans
