My main role was as a Developer and Technical Project Manager for the Artemis Views Data Object (AVDO) and the Artemis Microsoft Project Gateway. 



The AVDO allowed VB applications to read and write data held in the Artemis Views products.

Started off in the PC Business Unit providing technical support for Artemis 7000.

The Victorian Main Replacement Programme (VMR) was Thames Water largest capital project for the regulated period and the largest civil engineering programme in Europe. As a Lead Cost & Planning Controller I was responsible for the programme planning, cost control and reporting for over 90 projects, with a total value of £200M a year. Main duties included supporting the Senior Team in delivering the programme safely on time, within budget and to specification though the management of the production and maintenance of programme schedules resource and cost plans.

·         Take the lead pan-QinetiQ controlled data (ITAR / EAR and foreign) management and compliance improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

Participated in Technical bid evaluation and ensured submitted bids reflected best practice in accordance with Company’s Policies, Standards and Procedures (in UK).

Planning activities (in South Korea) of Approving and Maintaining the EPC Schedule, its updates, Milestones, Resources, Reports, Risks, Forecasts & Deliverables to achieve Project’s objectives.

Reviewed and Approved the Weekly Meetings, Monthly progress and Payment Certificates.

Senior Project Planner.

 Creating and maintaining fully resourced and cost loaded project plans for a defence contractor.

Using MSP, Primavera P3 and P6 I create the master project plans, and report EV and progress data from them

 Using MSP I create "What If's and theoretica scenarios to enable change requests and variations to be understood by the Project Managers.
