Responsible for the following scope: 190km of 24"-oil and 48"-gas onshore pipelines' construction, including 12 combined block valve sites, 190 river crossings and 5 seismic fault crossings. Developing, collating and updating plans for the project, reviewing progress reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Ensuring all required document is set up to establish a proper project baseline, and monitor progress against these to the critical path.
